Ack! That sucked. It was 80° outside and humid. I did three miles in my neighborhood to the tune of a little Maylene & the Sons of Disaster. (Niiiice!)
This is the training schedule I’m using for the half marathon, except I’m swapping a few days to fit my own schedule (and doing Week 1 twice!)

As my friend Stacie said before my LAST half marathon, “this is this skinniest you’ll ever be!”
