I had a great workout tonight! I feel soooo good. I ran a mile on the treadmill, lifted, and then did 7 miles on the bike.
I had a niiiiice hot bath and a hot bowl of my famous Old Town Soup:
There is a “real” version of this, but I use the shortcut because it is just as good:
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 to 2 cups of chicken stock/broth (I like it a little thicker, with less broth)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 large cans of diced green chile
Tortilla chips and shredded cheese
Throw it all in the crock pot for 8-10 hours. Put some of the tortilla chips in a bowl and then cover with the soup and top it off with some shredded cheese. We also likes to add some hot sauce on top for extra spice.
I am now enjoying a glass of Casillero del Diablo Cab in my skull socks. What could be better than this?!
