I had the best turkey chipotle wrap from Einstein’s today – and I went ahead and had some chips too, because I was feeling lucky.
Then for dinner I made shrimp tacos:
I just sauteed the shrimp with some red and yellow peppers, garlic and onions. Then I made some basmati rice and threw it all together with some avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese, lime and some of my home made salsa (naturally the hubby had to add some habanero sauce to make it unbearably spicy). It was terrif.
Yep, this is why I run.
