The four horsemen of my Wednesday night

These bad boys all came together last night to make me a fantastic dinner. I think they were Asian… (name that movie!)

It was another one of those what-do-I-have-in-the-fridge dinners. I pulled out some broccoli, carrots, tofu, celery, cabbage, spinach, ginger and parsley and sauteed them in toasted sesame oil and soy sauce. Then I boiled some angel hair pasta and threw that in there. I added the muscat vinegar just because it’s been sitting in my fridge for months and I never remember to use it. Not sure if it added anything to the flavor or not.

Naturally, a bunch of hot sauce went on top…

Busy day today – I’ve got a crapload of things to wrap up at work before the weekend but I’m feelin’ good and looking forward to hanging out with friends tonight at Pat’s! I’m bringin’ some of my girlies with me for the beer tasting tonight – last week was a sausage fest.

Have a great day –

  1. That mixture would cause me to have weird dreams…and possibly have to spend the night on the couch…or in the bathroom.

And, to both you and Terri, I dont eat ANYTHING with a label written in a language I cannot understand.
